Reservation Policy

L’Anderenis is a private limited company (PLC) registered at the Bordeaux Commercial Registry under the number 837 898 030. Its headquarters are located 9, Boulevard de la Plage 33510 Andernos-les-Bains.

The intra European community VAT number is FR18 837 898 030.
L’Anderenis operates and edits the website (also available in mobile version), a hotel reservation and complimentary services website.


The Customer is invited to read the hereby Terms of Sales. Acceptance of these Terms of Sales is required for any reservation or service purchased on the website.

The PLC L’Anderenis provides to its customers 15 rooms in the hotel L’Anderenis, located 9 boulevard de la Plage, 33510 Andernos-les-Bains, France. The rooms of the hotel L’Anderenis are to be rented short term only. No Customer will be able to settle in one of them year-round.


Welcoming of Guests starts at 4pm.

Rooms are to be left at Noon.


The SARL L’Anderenis is a commercial business. Its rooms are rented following a rate that has been studied and approved beforehand. This price can vary according to demand and seasonality.

Theses prices are accepted at the end of the purchasing process and when the box mentioning that the reservation and cancellation policies has been ticked. No negociation of rates will be possible.

The applied rates are available on the website and on site, and are to be understood by room for two in euros.

Rates are all tax included. VAT is the one applied to these rates the day of the reservation. If authorities modify this VAT or decide to institute new legal taxes, Customers will be told the day of departure and the final bill will be adjusted.

The hotel reserves the right to bill up to a full night in case time of departure is not respected. A day-use rate will be suggested to the Customer, if a room is available. This day-use rate enables to stay until 6pm. Passed 6pm, the full night rate will be applied.

The rates include local city tax plus VAT. And depending on the option chosen, breakfast.

Any stay started is considered entirely owed.


All major credit cards are accepted, American Express and cash. Checks are not accepted.

L’Anderenis chose Ingenico Payment Service and the Credit Agricole, in order to make secure payments on line, via credit card. Following the verification of the credit card by our partners, it
could be turned down.

Currency used is the Euro (€). Other currencies won’t be accepted.
The present settlement is considered as a contract between L’Anderenis and the paying Customer.

Warning : Customers whose fiscal residency is in France won’t be allowed more than 1000 € in cash for one transaction. (Décret n°2018-284 du 18 avril 2018 du Code Monétaire et Financier).
This amount goes up to 15 000 € if fiscal residency is outside of the French Republic territory.

Reservation Confirmation

The hotel charges a fee up to 30% of the established price upon reservation.

If credit card information is not valid, the reservation will not be confirmed.

Credit card information collected during the reservation are to be used as a guarantee in case of cancellation, modification or no show.


Linens as well as towels and bathrobes are with decoration items in rooms, bathrooms and terraces the sole property of the hotel L’Anderenis. If any item is to be found missing following a customer’s stay, the hotel reserves the right to bill this item onto the customer’s credit card after having warned the customer. Are excluded gifts to customers, and toiletries amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

If you wish to purchase toiletries or beach accessories such as a “fouta” these items will be available at the reception. Prices on request.

Credit card information are kept from the reservation process until 48 hours after the guests’ departure.


Any Customer staying in a touristic residency, has to have a public liability in case of damages.


If damages are assessed, credit card information will be used in order to get refund. The amount will be taken from the credit card after notification has been sent to the Customer.

Immigration Card

Current legislation asks some Customers to fill in an immigration card. This will be done upon arrival.


For safety and sanitary reasons, pets are not accepted on the hotel premisses. Unless authorized by management.


L’Anderenis has a paying private parking available on request. The site is not guarded. Rate is 12€/night. Parking is located 250 meters from the hotel, 7 Rue Julien Goubet.

Personal Data

If Customers do not fill in a requested information identified as compulsory, L’Anderenis mighty not be able to register your reservation.

Customers’ personal data will be kept in compliance with legislation and the applicable conservation periods. According to the Act on Information, Technology, and Data Files, Customers accept that his/her reservation request is processed nominatively and computerized.

Customers have a right on the data passed to L’Anderenis : they can modify them on demand. Any access requested has to be sent by regular mail to the following address : L’Anderenis, 9 Boulevard de la Plage, 33510 Andernos-les-Bains.

L’Anderenis doesn’t communicate personal data to anyone or any organization.

Video Surveillance

In order to insure goods and Customers safety, L’Anderenis possess a video surveillance system, inside the building and outside. Surveillance is for public areas only and no cameras are placed in the guest rooms.

Business Correspondence

Customers accept that L’Anderenis sends correspondence such as its Newsletter, promotional offers, or a feedback questionnaire after the Customer’s departure. Customers will be able to unable
this sending by clicking on the appropriated link.

Cas de force majeure

Is to be understood by force majeure, any unpredictable and unsurmountable event not related to any of the parties present, that would prevent the Customer or L’Anderenis to perform their part of the contract.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation is considered firm after the confirmation email has been sent.

Customers have until 48h prior to their arrival to cancel their stay and to be reimbursed of previously paid sums.

For group customers, weddings or seminars, the cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to their arrival. Previously paid sums will be reimbursed minus a 100 € subsidy for management costs.

If no cancellation is made or in case of now show, the whole amount of the fare of the room will be charged on the credit card.

All cancellations are to be done by email.(

Cancellations will be effective after the Customer has received the acceptance email sent by L’Anderenis.

Some last minute offers can not be cancelled or modified according to their fares. Such information will be found on the website upon reservation.

Reservations placed through our partners website are ruled by the general terms and conditions proper to these websites, thus can differ from L’Anderenis’s general terms and conditions.

In certain rare cases, or in cases of force majeure, it could be possible that L’Anderenis won’t be able to satisfy the Customer’s wishes and gives a different room than ordered.

This change of rooms cannot be reimbursed. Refund will only be possible if customers do not like their new room and if all other relocation possibilities offered by the L’Anderenis have been declined, including the ones in another hotel of equivalent or superior category.

Transfer to the new hotel will be provided by the L’Anderenis.

This offer is valid only in the limit of available rooms in hotels of equivalent or superior category and in the limit of hotels which prices are equal or inferior to 100 € more compared to the room at the Anderenis.

Furthermore, unsatisfying meteorological and/or natural conditions will not be considered as a valid reason for a refund, partial or total.

Customers are expected to act with a courteous behavior and preserve the tranquility of the hotel, especially between 10pm and 8am. If customers are behaving in a manner that is against the law or that is going against the other customers’s tranquility, they will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. No refund will be possible.

In case of an issue between the client and the hotel L’Anderenis, both parties will make their best to find the best way to find a solution to this issue.

If no issue is found, Bordeaux’s court house will be the competent authority and only French law will be applicable.
